What will Versity® bring to the Web3 ecosystem
The idea for Versity® stems from the observation that our entrepreneurs were able to achieve through the development of the startup “Les Agences de Papa”. In fact, many real estate visits are unsuccessful because potential buyers do not like the neighborhood, the common areas of the building are not to their liking or the apartment is not bright enough. These shortcomings hinder the sale of real estate and the startup had to find an alternative.
As you understand, Versity® wants to be the first real estate company in the world to make virtual visits. By designing the territory, common areas and various apartments, the user will be able to present himself faster and avoid unpleasant surprises during the physical visit, thereby saving time on his acquisition project.
To be more effective in the development of Versity®, entrepreneurial parents will develop technology that will allow real estate professionals (agents, promoters, real estate advertisers, etc.) to promote the properties entrusted to them in this new Web3 tool. In fact, the tool developed by Versity® will faithfully reproduce the homes and environment of the future as possible. The first tests of this technology, built on the Unity graphics engine, are very encouraging and parents have already approached several promoters, who have won this innovation.
